Description: Don't let stale coffee accompany your perfect reception! EVOKE offers full service specialty coffee (lattes, mochas, cappuccinos, and more!) for engagement parties, bridal showers, rehersal dinners, wedding receptions, morning brunches and more! Our mobile coffee bars come complete with: 3 Milk Options Chai Lattes 9 Gourmet Flavorings Apple Cider Assorted Loose Leaf Teas Hot Chocolate 2 baristas from EVOKE in Downtown Edmond Unlimited Drinks We also have several different add-ons that are designed to go perfectly with our specialty coffee bar. If you are interested, please give us a call and we would be happy to set up a time to talk about your event, how a coffee bar can seamlessly fit in and what other options there are for your guests. How does pricing work? Pricing is based on 3 things: the number of guests you are expecting, the duration of your event and where your event is located. Our pricing includes everything - from staff and condiments to unlimited drinks for you and your guests while we are there. We never charge a per drink fee or add anything to your invoice after the event. What do we need to provide? All we need once you book is a place to plug in and some coffee drinkers! We'll bring the rest! Anything we can add to the coffee bar? For sure! We have tons of great add-on options that we would love to talk with you about. Please give one of our baristas a call to set up a time to come in for a meeting, a taste and to get a custom designed coffee bar. How much space do you need for the bar? Our bars are 5ft wide and about 2.5 feet deep. We do need a bit of room to work so a 6 x 6 space normally covers it. We'd be happy to come by for a site visit just to be sure.
