Do you have liability insurance? Yes

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning? I hard edit every single photo before you receive them on disc

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations? I'm trained by Nick Vedros, a Kansas City Commercial Photographer, people call him the "lighting master of the world." I would say that I'm experienced in all different types of lighting.

Is your media preference film or digital? I shoot all digital, and for my personal photography I shoot with "toy cameras."

How many photographers do you work with? I have two other photographers I shoot with.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? When you book with DePrisco Photo, you will get me at the weddings and an associate photographer or assistant

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend? I will book myself for more than one wedding a weekend, but I only shoot one wedding a day.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event? Yes, I have two other photographers that I highly recommend.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? All professional Nikon gear for me.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction? I always have three cameras on me at all times.

Do you charge hourly or full day? I charge full day, you have unlimited time with me.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? Just one break for me, when I'm eating.

Do you charge for travel? It depends, if I'm not shooting in the Kansas City or Cincinnati area I will charge travel.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing? I edit ever photo before anyone see them on my proofing site, so it takes me a little longer to post the images, about 3-5 weeks.

In what format are the initial proofs offered? I use a proofing website.

How long can the client keep the proofs? Your proofs will be on my website for one year.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos? Yes, but I give you a unlimited license to print the photos on your own.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos? Yes, it's in my contract, and if you don't want to be published I don't have to do it, just let me know.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client? I provide three copies of the images, on DVD's, for you, and each set of parents.

Will images be available for viewing online? Yes

What kind of albums do you offer? Only the best, from my lab in Dallas, TX.

When will the client get the final album? I hand design each album, and you will get you design it with me to your liking. It can take up to 6 months for you album, but its worth the wait.
