What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes? All fruits are fresh (we puree them ourselves), vanilla beans are used for vanilla flavoring, whole milk and buttermilk are used according to the respective recipe. Our chocolate and fondant are Swiss made and are of the highest quality that is available on the market.
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake? Simpler design 2-3 weeks more custom and complex 3-6 months.
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend? Our max is 3 cakes per weekend. This includes grooms, wedding, birthday ...etc.
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake? Yes. We always contact the florist to ensure the flowers will coordinate with the cake design and that the portions are correct.
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out? We rent cake stands galore! Check out our webpage to find out more!
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee? Yes. Delivery begins at $50.
