Describe your DJ style:
Our Style is based off of your desires. Like Burger King, We do it YOUR WAY! If you would like us to be laid back and just play your music, we will. If you would like us to be entertaining and interactive to engage your guests, we will. And requests are at our fingertips.
What is your usual attire?
Again, we do it your way. We have mostly been requested in coat and tie, but if you prefer a tux with cut off shorts, we will make it happen!
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
No, we feel you are paying us to provide music. If we don't have it, we will buy it.
How many other DJs do you work with?
Currently, we have 4 DJ's. Buff is the #1 Afternoon Drive Personality in Oklahoma City. He will usually make an appearance at each of the weddings. Buff is a very upbeat personality.
Daniel is a young vibrant personality and has been DJing with us for the last couple of years.
Carder is another that is in school for broadcast and has been on air at the premiere Christian Station in Ponca City for the couple of years before he came to OKC.
Big E. has a very soulful voice much like Barry White. His voice will make the dance floor quake and specializes in Smooth Jazz.
And Finally, if you are in need of a Boda... Se habla espaniol, with DJ Ricky. He really pumps the party with your favorite Reggaeton, Salsa, Tejano and all of the Traditional Boda favorites.
All of our DJ's put on an entertaining show and bring the WOW to your event!
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
We will come out for as little amount of time as you need, but we have package savings with a 4 hour minimum.
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
Without a doubt. Buff will usually cordinate your event for you, then hand it over to the DJ to set up and preform the event. If Buff is not available for the event, your DJ will be available to talk to you at any time.
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?
Yes, as mentioned before, we are the premiere DJ Company for Bodas and Quincenera's in Oklahoma!
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes, we carry pro gear with powered speakers. If one of our amps blow, we still have power on the other. And we always carry backup speakers on top of that!
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
All of our gear is top notch professional grade. We stand out from the rest with MUSIC VIDEO and SLIDESHOWS even KARAOKE!!! We can actually bring out a big screen plasms or projector on which we show the videos. Intelligent lighting that you will find in the club, laser lighting, disco ball effect. Not to mention sound from JBL, Crown and our backup system is a dual deck Numark CD/MP3 mixer that most DJ's use as their main system.
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
We bring everything necessary. It usually takes between 1 and 1 1/2 hours for us to set up, depending on which package you choose.
Do you have any extra space requirements?
6' x 10'
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
Yes, we can be very interactive!
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
No way! At $20 per plate average? We wouldn't dream of putting the bride's dad to any more expense than he already has to endure.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
If we have to run to the potty, we can stack a couple of songs in the computer to play automatically.
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Absolutely, should someone come down with the flu, Buff will be happy to be there as the backup. And should we need another DJ, (we usually get called on to fill in with other companies that don't have the resources to keep up with their leads). And should one of our DJ's not be available, we can certainly call on one of our other professional friends.
What is your overtime rate?
$100/hour
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
We travel for free up to 60 miles!!! Beyond that call 749-2833 for a specific quote.
