DJ Bootz, also known as J.R. Greer, was born in California and has been residing on St. Croix, US Virgin Islands for over five years. He has various experience in the entertainment industry ranging from videography, photography, radio production, and voice-over work.
Having grown up with an international radio disc jockey for a father, DJ Bootz has been around music his entire life- and it's what he knows best.
WIth over ten years of DJ experience in the States and on the island, DJ Bootz knows the ins and outs. DJ Bootz has DJed at several of St. Croix's hottest locations including Club 54, Tavern 1844, Full Moon Beach Bar, Spratnet, The Deep End Bar, Zebos, The Palms, Carambola Beach Resort, The Buccaneer Hotel and Chenay Bay Beach Resort. Plus, several house and beach parties can be added to the list!
He's extremely outgoing and friendly and is recognized by most everyone on the island. That may be because he's the Head Organizer for the island's biggest beach party, featuring live bands and entertainment... Bootz-a-palooza!
Having trouble picking a song for that father-daughter dance at your reception? Do you share a special song with someone that you want to have played at your event? DJ Bootz will make sure it happens.
DJ Bootz currently has a library of over 10,000 songs in every genre- plus, he's constantly updating his list. If he doesn't have a song you wish to hear, he will find it and make sure that it gets on your playlist! He can provide pre-made playlists before an event, or you can provide them for him if you have specific songs in mind. Some DJs charge extra fees for this, but not DJ Bootz- he wants to make sure he's playing music YOU want to hear! With DJ Bootz, there are no unpleasant surprises- you know what you're getting!
DJ Bootz does not use CDs because he has some of the most advanced DJ equipment. So no waiting- if you want to hear a song, he'll make sure it's NEXT on the playlist!
