Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
We prefer appointments but will always accomodate a bride who comes without one.We plan approx. 90 minutes for an appointment on busy days. we give you the freedom to try on all you want, working with you to find that special dress.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
This can vary from bride to bride. Order times average 4 months sometimes longer to come in from a maufacturer. rush orders are available for those with less time at an additional fee. We also are not afraid to sell to you off our racks of over 500 gowns. We prefer to do alterations closer to the wedding as some brides often change abit, this ensures the work be done once.
How often do you receive new dresses?
We try on have our orderable gowns come in throughout the year to allow consatnt new selections to try.
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
We work closely with all our maufacturers to insure prompt and professional delivery of product and services.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
yes, combined sewing experience of 103 years.
