Description: Circle A Ranch is a unique venue for rustic weddings. The facilities are ideal for family and friends group cooking, gathering around the fireplace in the great room, or watching the stars from the veranda. The large terrace, adjacent lawn and orchard are spacious and can accommodate tables and/or dancing. Most guests set their music up on the terrace and hang lights in the orchard trees. The setting for the ceremony can be selected from many beautiful sites on the property: two ponds, several meadows, or acres of pine forest Due to the nature of the lodge and wedding celebrations, in order to provide exclusivity with a relaxed atmosphere, we rent no less than three days for a wedding. The first day is often spent cooking, catching up, eating and drinking. It may also be the day chosen to decorate. We can put you in touch with local caterers. We have learned that on the day following the wedding guests want a relaxed departure schedule. Often a breakfast/brunch is prepared and this extra day allows leisure to explore the ranch hiking trails or visit Chaco Canyon. Guests have until 10:00 am the following day to pack and depart. Wedding reservations are held by deposit only. We require half the total cost at time of reservation. This first half is non-refundable. The second half, plus tax, is due 90 days before the wedding date. There is a $1000 refundable damage, loss and extreme cleaning fee which is due upon arrival. We hope your celebration will be full of joy and the peace that enfolds these mountains, and that you will feel free to create the best wedding ever!
