Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles? Both, I have an extensive background in custom cakes, your wish is my goal! It is helpful if you have pictures of what you would like or I have many portfolios with options.
What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes? I make from scratch fondant and icings!
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake? Creating your special cake is a week long process!
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend? Depends on the weekend, I book up fast for the summer months.
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake? Most definately!
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out? I rent: fountains, stairs, cake stands, toppers, and other cake accessories.
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee? Yes, delivery is preferred due to the delicacy of the cakes. Cake delivery cost depends solely on distance.
