Do you have liability insurance? No
Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning? I am using Lightroom and CS5. Basically, all photo will be edited by the photographer, however, we have services that provides the editing by the professional designer(Extra cost)
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations? Sure, I have worked in the darkness, and with the various lighting setting especially during the wedding and reception ceremony.
Is your media preference film or digital? Digital
How many photographers do you work with? I usually work by myself, however, when the client wants second or third photographers, I do bring another photographers (Extra cost)
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? Yes. All of my clients so far, they appreciated that I actually showed up at least 30min earlier and look around the locations and be ready for all kinds of circumstances, for example, late arriving of Brides/grooms, or the change of the photo shooting
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend? Never, when a client made a schedule with JP, it is guaranteed-day for that clients. One events on one weekend. So that we can focus on providing the best services. But, we may only have the several portrait sessions on the same day.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event? Yes. I have several friends of mine who is willing to take as my replacement
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? Canon 5D Mark II with 24-70/2.8, 70-200/2.8 (I usually carry) For the events, I bring all my equipments
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction? Yes. I do have Back-up cameras.
Do you charge hourly or full day? Depends on the event size. For the wedding, I do charge by the wedding event
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours? Yes. I usually don't charge +1/2 hour.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? I don't care. I do have water bottle and energy bar for the events. however, I was usually provided the assigned seat with a great meal, which I was appreciated. Even though, I am eating, my eyes are nailed on the clients. Also, when I eat, it would be almost end of the event.
Do you charge for travel? Based on the Package.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing? within 3days
In what format are the initial proofs offered? Web gallery.
How long can the client keep the proofs? 2 month.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos? I provide the copyright release form.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos? I do ask the clients whether they want or not.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client? All package includes the high quality photo on DVD with leather case.
Will images be available for viewing online? Yes.
What kind of albums do you offer? Custom, Morden
When will the client get the final album? within max 2 month.
