How does your venue determine the cost of the space? Friday evenings are based off a guest count minimum. Saturday evenings are based off a financial minimum consisting of your food, beverage and service charge purchases.

Do you offer any special services? For onsite weddings we offer beautiful bridal salons for you and your bridesmaids to take advantage of. Some brides select to do hair and make-up on-site while others will come in a hour or two prior to the ceremony to dress and start taking pictures.

Do you offer additional items for the ceremony? Cherry Creek will supply pillars for your flowers, sound system and table for unity or sand ceremony.

Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware? Complimentary to all banquets are; white or ivory standard linens, colored napkins and China. All 3 of our weddings packages offer complimentary chair covers with sash. We also have an array of colored linens, satin napkins and chargers for you to select from.

What is your staff-to-guest ratio? Bridal Party recieves a private server for the evening. For every 100 guests there is a bartender. For every 30 guest there is a server. For every 80 guests there is a carrier. Every reception will have the Director of Event Planning and Food and Beverage Director on-site.

Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors? We offer a recommendation list of vendors that we feel is parallel to the service standards Cherry Creek holds. Of course all couples are welcomed to select their own.

What restrictions (if any) on decorations? Candels cannot be free standing. Nothing can be attached to the walls, ceiling or light fixtures.
