What instruments does your group play? Cello, Viola, Violin
What is your usual attire? We wear black & white. The gentlemen wear black suits or tuxes, depending on the temperature.
Do you offer live sample performances or CDs? We do have a sample CD which is available upon request. Please see our website for information. We also offer we offer what we call an audition/consultation. This is where we have several brides/couples come together at one of our homes and the quartet plays short versions of the list that is on our website (www.camelliastringquartet.com) as well as requests from our repertoire list. If you are hiring us, then we split up and meet with you individually to help you plan our your ceremony music. You can contact us for the next scheduled a/c.
How much time do you usually need for setup? We only need about 15 minutes to set up and consult with the coordinator & officiate. However, we arrived earlier that that.
How much space do you usually require? Think about a round table that seats 8 or under an 8' square tent.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge? We charge mileage outside the greater Sacramento area. This is on a sliding scale depending on the distance from our home base.
