Description:
After 16 years of baking all kinds of cakes, Veronica Seitchick and her Husband Richard decided that it was time to share Veronica's cakes with the world, or at least Northern California. Cakes by Veronica may have started officially in late 2008; however Veronica's experience started years ago under the guidance of Suzanne Weber, owner of a long established catering company in northern Oregon. Suzanne's mentoring was the beginning of what is now today Cakes by Veronica. There is no replacement for experience and as Veronica approaches her 100th cake she still takes the same painstaking time to see that each unique creation is as ordered.
Veronica was born and raised in Oregon. At the age of 22 she moved to Santa Cruz and within a few years married her husband, Richard and began their family. They now are raising their four daughters in Aptos, California.
