About the chef...
I have been working in the pastry arts for more than 15 years, and received my degree from Johnson & Wales University in 2003.
Upon graduation, I honed my skills at Kaminsky's dessert cafıı, a local Charleston favorite. In the Fall of 2004, I was asked to join the opening pastry team for The Sanctuary hotel, located on Kiawah Island Resort. Now, I am able to bring my passion and creativity to you.
