Do you have liability insurance? Yes
Describe your DJ style: We have all-styles of DJ's that can play to any crowd. From extremely outgoing to laid back. What ever the client wants we do.
Is there a limit to the amount of music that can be requested? No limit at all.
What is your usual attire? We cater to the event with a dress code specified by the Client. From Texudeo to shorts and a polo. Anything that is needed.
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it? We make all attemps to provide and find all the songs requested. If a special song is requested and the client has it we will play it too.
How many other DJs do you work with? We have over 25 DJs.
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for? Every event is different and we cater to all. No limitations or minimums on our service.
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking? Yes, If a client would like to meet we provide that service as well.
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events? Yes we do. We even do themed weddings as well.
Can the client submit a do-not-play list? Yes, we encourage our clients to provide this. We don't want to play anything they don't want to hear.
Do you bring your own equipment? Yes we use our own equipment.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service? We provide all styles of lighting, backdropping and mirror balls as well as fog machines if warranted.
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on? We usually need 30 to 60 minutes for setup depending on style of venue. Yes a table is to be provided.
Do you have any extra space requirements? No extra space requirements.
Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events? Yes we have a banner that we put over the table, but if the client does not want us to put it on the table we don't.
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs? We take care of everything that is needed for the event. From emceeing to talking between songs and dancing as well.
How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing? We would motivate the crowd by doing group involvement and being mobile to go around and interact with the crowd.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? Dj's don't take breaks unless it is just a quick restroom break.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks? Yes they will make sure something is playing while they step away.
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event? We have a DJ on stand bye to accomedate anything that is needed.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Yes we do. We have more than one DJ that works for this compnay.
What is your overtime rate? The overtime rate depends on the type of event and is always specified on the agreement that is sent out.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge? We normally do not charge for travel expenses but it also is based on the style of event and how long it goes from and when the end time would be also.
What is the required deposit to secure your services? The deposit depends on the type of event. Anywhere from $0 to $350.
