We offer custom designed cakes. Your cake should be as unique as you are.
What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
We use the best ingredients we can get our oven mitts on. Often, they come from Europe and particularly France. Our fondant comes from Switzerland. It will surprise you if you think you don't like fondant.
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
The cake is baked no more than a day and a half in advance and immediately covered in buttercream and refrigerated to keep out the air and seal in the freshness.
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
2 to 3
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
We prefer to work with our hand sculpted sugar flowers. All the flowers you see in our portfolio are made from sugar. We can make most any flower in any color. If the florist's flowers are guaranteed organic, we will work with them. Otherwise we cannot because the majority of flowers are sprayed with pesticides.
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
We rent out cake stands, cake plates, candy jars and other interesting items you may need for your special day.
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
