Buzzard's Roost Ranch specializes all types of horse-drawn carriage rides, from haywagons holding 16 people, to intimate 2-wheeled oak carts carrying 2 people. We have done concerts, fairs, wineries, weddings, quincenaras, Christmas tree-lighting parties, etc..
We travel within a 150 mile radius of Winters CA, which includes cities like Grass Valley, Auburn, Placerville, Lodi, Madera, Stockton, Bay Area, Berkeley, San Jose, Arbuckle, Marysville, Davis, Suisun, Fairfield, Woodland, Winters, and many more!
Pricing includes silk flowers, decorations, calm, beautiful horses, timliness and professionalism.

Since we offer such a diverse variety of work, here is a short description of other carriages: 2- wheeled, clear oak cart, 4- wheeled, clear oak wagonette; 4- wheeled, white carriage, 4- wheeled, large haywagon
What (if any) amenities are your vehicles equipped with?
Vehicles have comfortable cloth seats, or redwood benches. All have the option of a roof for sunny, hot days or rainy weather.
Wheelchair access is available on a limited number of carriages too!
Decorations include a base color of silk flowers/garland with your special colors added. Another available is fresh flowers..
Describe any special wedding packages you offer:
Most time frames offer 1.5 hours of time, inclusive of mileage fees, etc... Pricing discounts available for over 2 hours of time.
Do you offer any special group discounts for contracting multiple vehicles?
We offer discounts for additional carriages or time frames over 2 hours.
Do you offer more than just pickup and drop-off? If yes, what services?
Our horses are safe in traffic and we can usually transport up to about 6 miles between sites of your event. This however, will add time to your overall charge.
