Do you charge for trials?
Trials are included with a bridal contract. If you decide not to book us at the time of your trial, there is a trial fee.
Do you specialize in textured hair?
Our hairstylists do specialize in textured hair.
Do you provide any specialty services? (airbrushing, hair extensions, etc.)
Airbrushing, sunless tanning, lash extensions, fusion hair extensions, and custom clip in extensions.
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
All work is done on location. We come to you, so you don't have one more thing to worry about on your wedding day! We do have a travel fee of $35 per service (ex. $35 for makeup and/or $35 for hair, depending on what services you need.)
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
We can take even the largest bridal parties. We have a full staff of stylists to accomodate all groups.
How far in advance should clients book your services?
ASAP. We book as far in advance as a year for bridal parties. Scheduling your trial allows you to put a hold on your wedding date so that it is available for you. If our schedule is open, we can accomodate a bride with as little advanced notice as one week.
What is your cancellation policy?
A deposit is due at the signing of the contract and is forfeit in the event of a cancellation. Deposits vary on the contracted services.
