Bella Via is a boutique event venue full of unique details both inside and out. Historic elements and modern day amenities make this venue the perfect fusion of vintage charm and modern elegance. Chandeliers, handcrafted stained-glass windows and a beautiful spindle staircase are just a few of the amazing elements that make the Ballroom at Bella Via a stunning choice for your wedding reception or indoor ceremony. Only steps above the Ballroom you will find our Upper Level Bar with its modern pendant lighting, built-in bar, original fir floors and birds-eye view of the Ballroom below. Often featuring our popular bistro tables, this Upper Level bar is the perfect location for food and beverage service. Tucked behind the bar you will find our beautiful and well-appointed Bridal Suite and private Bridal Bathroom. Conveniently located just off of our elevated dance floor is the Grooms Room which has its own private entrance and comfortable sitting area. Both the Bridal Suite and Grooms Room were created to lend both privacy and comfort to the wedding party. In warmer months our lush Outdoor Patio is the ideal location for an outdoor ceremony or reception. This custom designed patio is beautifully landscaped with plentiful greenery and seasonal flowers in a neutral palette. It is highlighted by an amazing Oak tree that provides shade during those warmer summer months. During the winter or cooler months, the patio is available and able to accommodate large tents up to 20x40. These can be rented for an additional fee. Boutique in size with an intimate feel, Bella Via only books one event per day. We include amazing in-house coordination services in all of our wedding packages. Your coordinator will help throughout the planning process and be there the day of your wedding to help make your wedding run smoothly and let you and your family enjoy this special day. Do you offer any special services? All 7 hour rentals include a rehearsal within the week of your wedding and in-house coordination services.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners? This can be arranged.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony? Our 7 hour wedding package includes a PA system and a decorative arch for indoor or outdoor ceremony.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware? Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests are included in the rental fee. All other items are to be rented through one of our preferred caterers.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio? We offer facility rental and in-house coordination services. The caterer selected fully staffs each event.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors? Yes, for catering. Other vendors are offered as suggestions. Each vendor has been hand selected for their specialty and quality of service.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians? We do not have our own musicians and there is no additional charge to bring in your own musicians.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion? The all day pricing of the Saturday rental includes access to a beautifully decorated Bridal Suite and special Groom's Room.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired? No, all alcohol must be provided by the caterers on our preferred vendor list. Some of these caterers allow you to provide your own alcohol which they will serve during your event.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations? No open flame candles are allowed and no decorations that cause permanent damage are permitted.
What restrictions (if any) on noise levels? We must obide by the City of Sherwood's noise ordinances.
