Do you offer trials and consultations? Yes
Can you service a large group or bridal party? Yes
Do you charge for trials? Yes, we do charge for trials. Please visit our website for pricing. However, as our gift to the beautiful bride, you can enjoy a complimentary makeup and hair trial with your confirmed booking of bridal service.
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee? On the day of the event, our client can come to our studio or we can travel out to the location of the client's choice, allowing them to be pampered in the comfort of their own home (35 miles round trip FREE, each mile $1.00)
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so? We have a team of beauty experts in our studio to handle big bridal party. On the wedding day, our lead makeup artist will ONLY attend to the bride, making sure she will look her best. Rest of the team artists will work on bridal party. We do offer 10% of discount on bridal party 3 or more that booked our services together!
How far in advance should clients book your services? Our clients normally book us 6 months in advance. But you may always contact us directly to check our booking and availability.
