Hi, there! We're Andy and Lauren, a fun, quirky pair of photographers. We believe in creativity and artistic vision over traditional bride and groom altar photos. We believe in real life and individuality over stiff, awkward poses. We believe in client relationships that feel more like friendships than business contacts.
Our work is inspired by the life that's happening all around us. Weddings, especially, are so effortlessly filled to the brim with family and friends, love and life that we can't imagine taking posed portraits. We're documentary photographers with a strong bent towards fine art and we're super passionate about the photos we take. We want them to be breathtakingly beautiful and unique pieces of art that resonate in our clients' hearts and minds.

We custom edit all of our images with lots of attention to detail!

We've shot in all different kinds of light--from dimly lit churches to bright sunny days to cloudy afternoons.
Is your media preference film or digital?
Primarily, we shoot digital; although, we'll always love film and we try to throw it into the mix here and there!
How many photographers do you work with?
Just the two of us--Andy and Lauren!
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
YES!!
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
YES.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Canon 5D Mark iii (x3) Canon 5D, 24-70 L series lens, 70-200 L series lens (x2), 1635 mm L series lens, 35 mm L series lens, 50 mm L series lens, 100 mm macro L series lens, 580 EX flash (3).
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
YES!!
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We offer 8-12 hour packages.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes, we charge $250/hr for extra hours.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We only require one break when the guests are also eating. We prefer that a meal be provided if at all possible.
Do you charge for travel?
Currently we do not charge for travel within the state of Ohio unless we would need to book a hotel room because of late proceedings in which case we would simply request reimbursement for the room. Everything else is a case by case basis but we do our best to make it reasonable as we love to shoot in new places!
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
6-8 weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Online in a private gallery.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
N/A
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes.

What kind of albums do you offer?
WHCC press printed books and Red Tree custom albums
When will the client get the final album?
Typically anywhere from 3-6 weeks depending on the type of album ordered.
