For trial we have a great location in Chelsea, Manhattan. You will be in good hands of 2 Japanese experienced ladies, so you can start thinking about your real dream look which will come alive. Do you offer trials and consultations? Yes

Can you service a large group or bridal party? Yes

Do you charge for trials? Yes. Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens will have a flat rate $250. New Jersey will be with additional travel fee. We do trial at a salon in Manhattan.

Do you specialize in textured hair? Yes. Asian, White, Middle Eastern, African, etc.. We do custom made hair extensions to create your desire look. Also available for artistic hair-do, and vintage hair dos.

Do you provide any specialty services? (airbrushing, hair extensions, etc.) Yes. HD picture perfect make-up technique, Pore-Free Make-up Technique, lymph drainage massage, multiple eye lash techniques, custom-made eye lashes, Vintage Looking Hair Accessories, hair extensions, custom-made hair extensions, Cal-Gel Japanese Nails, etc.. Please ask for sample pictures.

Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee? Yes. We only travel to you. Consultation is at salon in CHELSEA. Travel within Manhattan is free charge. Brooklyn, Queens and ther area will depend on the area.

How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so? Yes. Discounts will be applied for more than 3 party including bride. There is capacity doing larger party up to 10 is usual for us. More than 10 is unusual for us. Please let us know the details. We will keep a smaller group of 10 and do a nice job.

How far in advance should clients book your services? Anytime from 6 months in advance. Usually around 2~3 months in advance.

What is your cancellation policy? Cancelation fee will occur from the day received deposit. Deposit will be required for booking the date and our team and time. Deposit will be available from 6 months in advance from the wedding day.
