Description: The Art of Your Life Our take on weddings is that they should be fun, bright, upbeat and romantic. We want you to have fun on your wedding day and we will capture the Joy; the Art of this special day in your life. Capturing these distinctive feelings on this special day, and delivering them in beautifully interpreted candid and formal images. The intense level of emotion felt on a wedding day should come through in capturing a wedding properly, and that is what we strive to deliver to the couple. We offer a variety of wedding packages and believe that great photographs should be able to fit into your budget and wedding style. From a small two hour intimate ceremony to a large wedding party with 10 or more hours of coverage we offer affordable packages and flexiblity to customize and purchase only the options that you want. Our style is fresh and modern. Simply stated, we focus on capturing the Art of Your Life. This day is once in a lifetime and we like to capture the moments as they happen giving you great memories and the one thing you get to keep from your wedding day: Your Photographs.

How many photographers do you work with? Myself and a second full-time photographer.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? Yes, we provide a simple yet comprehensive contract for all our weddings.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend? Never. We feel so strongly about this that we only book 1 wedding per weekend and limit our entire wedding calendar for the year so that we can give our clients the focus and attention they deserve.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event? Yes. We have 2 photographers on staff and have built a network relationship with area photographers.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? Everything! This is our lifeline, so we have multiple backups of critical equipment and duplicates of almost every other piece of equipment.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction? Yes.
Do you charge hourly or full day? Our packages provide inclusive hourly services ranging from 5 hours to full day. Additional hours can be added to any package.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours? Yes. Starts at $140/ hour.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? One ~ meal 30 minutes, but we are always aware of what's happening with our camera within arms reach so we can grab our camera and not miss a moment.
Do you charge for travel? No fees for weddings with 100 of North Eastern Wisconsin. (Appleton) Minimal travel fees for travel outside this area include Madison, Milwaukee and Wausau.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing? Usually 3 weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered? Digital: We invite you to a private viewing in our theater style preview room. Here our couples get to enjoy and relive their wedding day. Additionally, we post an online proofing gallery for easy viewing at home and to share with family and friends.
How long can the client keep the proofs? Online Proofs are available for 90 days. Most of our packages include a DVD with hi-resolution digital negatives with re-print permission. The DVD can also be purchased separately.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos? Yes. However, the client has full re-print permission.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos? Yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client? Most of our packages include a DVD with hi-resolution digital negatives with re-print permission. The DVD can also be purchased separately.
Will images be available for viewing online? Yes. Online Proofs are available for 90 days.
What kind of albums do you offer? We offer a variety of wedding albums. Albums from Modern Coffee Table Books to our Artisan Leather Bound Albums with Reflectionz Photo Cover.
When will the client get the final album? Once the final approval on the desing is provided by the client, the final album will be received in 2 - 6 weeks depending on the specific album style selected.
