Working with our experienced Conference Managers, we can create the experience and dream you are looking for. Our staff would be more than happy to create a menu of your choice, a theme or choose from our wedding packages or special wedding menus. Destination Location: The shores of Lake Darling will provide a gorgeous backdrop to your outdoor wedding ceremony. Your guests will enjoy a weekend getaway at Arrowwood. You can host your Rehearsal Dinner and take your bridal party on a pontoon cruise or hayride. Indulge your bridesmaids or yourself at our Darling Reflection Spa with massages, hot stone treatments, manicures and pedicures. Play a round of golf at the Atikwa Golf Course. Arrowwood Resort is a perfect location for that "get-away" that will take care of all your needs. Rehearsal Dinner: Arrowwood offers many options from casual to elegant. Host your dinner on our lawn or patio overlooking Lake Darling with a Country Time BBQ or bring your dinner to the beach for a Hawaiian Luau. Offer your guests the opportunity to create their own dinner with our Pasta Bar offered every Friday evening. Gift Opening: Plan a get together before your friends and family leave. Do you offer additional items for the ceremony? We do provide white folding chairs, sound system with microphones and any needed tables for the ceremony.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware? Our rental fees includes the use of our in-house linen tablecloths, napkins, tables, flatware and centerepieces.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio? We typically staff 1 server per 25 people.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors? We do not require our guests to use any one specific. We do have recommendations to assist in the planning of the event.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations? No nails or tacks can be used in putting items on our walls and no open flames can be used.
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time? We may have other events being hosted at the resort. Our staff will ensure the success of your event.
