Do you have liability insurance? Yes
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event? We have a set of lights that we may set up during an event when it's dim. However, our cameras do a really great job in dim environments.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event? Yes, of course. We would love to meet you and get to know you. It will actually help us tell the story a bit more.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? We use DSLRs. Typically the 5D MIII. It's an amazing camera and we love it.
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction? Yes we do. We have couple backup cameras and other gear just in case.
