What beauty services do you offer? Facial, Hair, Makeup, Manicure / Pedicure, Spa
Do you offer trials and consultations? Yes
Can you service a large group or bridal party? Yes
Do you charge for trials? Our trial prices are separate from our wedding day prices. The price for a hair trial is $100 and the price for a makeup trial is $100.
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee? We will be more than happy to come to your location on the wedding day. The travel fee pricing starts at $150 per service provider.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so? We would love to have you scheudle appointments for you entire bridal party. We have a large staff of stylists so we can accommodate large groups in the salon. We can schedule appointments for 8-10 people at the same time depending on the services.
How far in advance should clients book your services? We highly recommend scheduling your appointments 6 months to one year before your wedding.
What is your cancellation policy? Our canellation policy for trial appointments is 48 hours and the policy for our wedding day appointments is two weeks prior to the wedding date.
