Do you have liability insurance? Yes
Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning? yes, black and white hand painted with color, special hand coloring, special effects, textures, graphics designs.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations? yes, special lighting techniques are our specialty. Our brides are calling Scott a Master of Light. You never ant dark circles under your eyes and only have one chance to capture these once in a lifetime images.
Is your media preference film or digital? digital
How many photographers do you work with? 3 total, husband and wife team and one extra to work with us for even more pictures in less time and makes doing your formals a snap. Everyone wants formals but no one wants to take the time to do them. We also use puppets for the formals to be sure to capture the little ones attention and even the bridal party.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? yes
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend? no, one wedding per day always.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event? work with many high end photographers if the need were ever to arise; however we have NEVER missed an event.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? Professional cameras, 5 - 6 Nikon Pro cameras, lots of high end Nikon lens to make your pictures the best they can be, special off camera lighting, tons of batteries, and lots of back up of everything.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction? yes, always lots of back up of everything.
Do you charge hourly or full day? up to 10 hours is included, extra time is available if needed
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours? Yes, depends on Wedding Collection
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? no
Do you charge for travel? We try not to charge for travel; it depends on package and how far we travel and if its over night
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing? within 30 days to allow time for special edits and artwork
In what format are the initial proofs offered? Digital negatives in high resolution on a disc. Proofs can be ordered in 4x6 or 5x7.
How long can the client keep the proofs? The proofs are theirs to keep.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos? Clients a print release to print their wedding images as needed.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos? Yes, as the artist, it is important. However if someone is a celebrity or politician or someone that does not want their pictures published a separate contract and pricing would be required.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client? Yes, always
Will images be available for viewing online? yes, within 30 day, to share with all their family and guest.
What kind of albums do you offer? Celebrity style Italian Fine Art Books hand crafted in Italy.
When will the client get the final album? Once images are submitted and design is approved, 6-8 weeks, ordered from Italy.
