Generally we like to have you come out and take a look at the property and have a complimentary tasting/ dinner so you can get to a feel for the place and get a feel for us. We charge $45 per person, and that includes everything: the linens, flowers on every table, valet, bartender, service staff

We can come down on the dinner price if you plan to host the bar as well as the food.

Our cocktails are made in FULL SIZE cocktail glasses using only fresh squeezed fruit juices and the best available natural unprocessed ingredients and garnishes. I infuse several different combinations of fruit or vegetables and liquor to make complex and refreshing cocktails. Some examples of what we are pouring today...
gin with lavender and strawberries
Tequila and anejo rum with hibiscus blossoms aloe vera mango and hot black peppers
vodka with savory tomatoes basil and four types of pepper all grown on site
just to name a few.
All of our food is purchased by us at local farms and markets. We pride ourselves in sourcing unusual and interesting foods that are not widely available. We always buy organic and humanely farmed food when possible/ available.
