2 Canon Digital SLR's (5D Mark II, 40D), 3 flashes, up to 8 lenses, 2-3 tripods, etc.

Yes, $500/hour
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I generally take a break when the meal is served, but keep myself nearby in case something magical happens. A meal is not required, but greatly appreciated!
Do you charge for travel?
Yes, if over 50 miles I charge $.50/mile.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
About 2 weeks

They are online for 3 months, but can be extended to 1 year
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
No, a DVD with printing rights is released to the bride and groom.
