2 tripods of ambient lighting- vertigo or moving lights available if requested
Do you usually emcee the event, or talk between songs?
We Emcee events all the time when requested - we generally don't talk in between songs to fill time - we keep playing so people keep dancing.
How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing?
we discuss all options with Bride & Groom and let them in on things we can do if needed- if you have the right music people dance.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you need a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
we require a meal - normally prior to gig something off of a bar food menu-
we do minimal break 15 minutes after each hour set- time adjusted as needed - sometimes we play alot longer before breaking depending on
requirements of event.
Do you play recorded music during your break?
Yes we make specific mixes as chosen by client- so the party carries on when the band takes a break.
If one or more of the band members is unable to attend, what is your backup plan?
this is covered in our booking contract- we have sub's for each instrument and singer who have played with our band should someone get ill.
What is your overtime rate?
discussed with client based on specific needs
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
yes we do depending on location of event and time & mileage
What is the required deposit to secure your services?
50% deposit- sometimes we do a payment plan if workable
