Do you have liability insurance? Yes

What is your band's usual attire? Formal.

Do you offer live sample performances or CDs? Yes.

Are you willing to learn songs that you do not currently know? Yes. Up to 3 if they are not on our song list.

How much time do you usually need for setup? Our sound engineer and musicians require at least an hour for set up.

How much space do you usually require? We normally require an 24x18 space, but can effectively work in smaller spaces.

Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events? Not at this time. We do have music stands with the band's name on them.

What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service? Yes. At additional cost.

Do you usually emcee the event, or talk between songs? Yes. I emcee introductions and announcements, but the band performs songs jukebox style with little or no space between songs.

How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing? We change the genre or tempo. Sometimes they guests don't want to jump right in, so we coax them with slower tempo hits that they can't resist. It works every time.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you need a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? Yes. This requirement is covered in the performance contract.

Do you play recorded music during your break? No. We provide continuous music. There is at least one musician performing music during the courses.

If one or more of the band members is unable to attend, what is your backup plan? We have a large pool of talented musicians that can fill in when needed. We have never had a situation when we could not perform with a full band.

What is your overtime rate? $1,000 per half hour

Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge? Yes. The travel cost is dependent upon the distance.

What is the required deposit to secure your services? We require a 20% deposit to secure a date. We cannot hold it otherwise.
