What beauty services do you offer?

Can you service a large group or bridal party?

Do you charge for trials?
Yes. This service is called a "Tress Rehearsal" and we charge up to $65 for a trial.
Do you specialize in textured hair?
No.
Do you provide any specialty services? (airbrushing, hair extensions, etc.)
Yes. We offer hair extensions, airbrush tanning, airbrush makeup, eyelash enhancements, the "Something Blue" pedicure, the "She Said Yes" manicure, and sugaring (hair removal).
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Yes. There is a $200 traveling fee for up to 60 minutes of driving time. (There is a $100 fee for every additional 30 minutes of driving time.)There is a $125 fee for services that take place outside of the salon's standard hours of operation.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
We can serve 12 clients at one time. If you book a reservation for 3 packages, along with a bridal package, each member of the bridal party will receive a complimentary 30 Minute Focus Massage. (*See our website for details.)
How far in advance should clients book your services?
We recommend booking services 3 months in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any changes made to the reservation must be made 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. Also, you may cancel any appointment up to 2 weeks prior to the wedding date and be refunded your booking fee(50% of total contracted services). Any fees associated with appointments cancelled within 2 weeks of the wedding related services, including "no show" appointments, are the responsibility of the bride.
