A Moment Unveiled is based upon the principle that photographs have the capacity to be both works of art and moments in history. To help preserve your special memories for generations to come, each of your photographs will be taken by a professional photographer with over 30 years of experience. We use only the best photographic equipment and process each image with the respect that any treasured piece of art deserves.
With packages ranging from $595 to $1795, we can easily accommodate every couple's needs. All of our packages include a personal consultation, standard enhancements such as cropping and color correction, a high quality CD/DVD of all of your images with a full print release, and an online gallery allowing your family and friends to view and order prints. We also offer beautiful, custom made flush mount albums to ensure that the memories of your wedding day will be preserved for generations to come.

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
Yes, I have extensive experience working various lighting situations, with or without flash.
Is your media preference film or digital?
Digital Format.
How many photographers do you work with?
I normally work alone unless it's requested to add another photographer. A second photographer can be added for an additional fee.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, I will be the one who will be the one personally covering your event.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
I never book more than one event a day. During the weekend, I may book two four hours weddings. It's rare that I'd book anything more than that.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, I have another qualified photographer I can utilize in the event of an emergency.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I shoot with quality DSLR camera's, an assortment of lenses, and flash. The lenses I normally use are Nikon's F 2.8 17-50 M & F 2.8 80-200 M lenses.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, I have a back-up of everything of everything I shot events with; camera's, lenses and flash, etc.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I charge hourly, with a minimum of 4 Hours, or by the day.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes, I shoot extra hours upon request. My rate for each additional hour is $175.00.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
For events over four hours I usually take a thirty minute brake. Most likely, while the wedding party and guest are eating. I don't expect the bride and groom to provide me with a meal, however it is a bit more convenient for me and would be appreciated if they did. Even then, I have my eye roving and my camera nearby for anything unexpected that may pop up...
Do you charge for travel?
There is no travel fee assessed for events within twenty miles from where we're located. Events beyond twenty miles would be charged a modest travel fee.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
High resolution digital images are usually made available within 2 to 3 weeks. After images are individually cropped, color corrected, and other standard enhancements are made, they are uploaded to password protected online gallery. They can viewed by the Bride & Groom and shared family and friends.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Proofs are high-resolution digital images uploaded to your online gallery. The format I usually use is full-frame, 4x6. Upon request, I can provide you with other formats such as, 5x7, 8x10, etc.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Yes, the clients high-resolution digital files provided on a DVD are the clients proofs.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, it is standard to retain the copyrights. You will be entitled to print rights. You'll be able have your own photos printed or share them via social networking, etc.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes, we do reserve the right to publish the photographs. There are times were I use select images to illustrate my work via WeddingWire or my own personal personal website, etc. However, I am sensitive to the wishes of my clients and would never post anything that would embarrass them.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, all images uploaded to online galleries are provided on a DVD in high-resolution with a print release for you to do as you please.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, pictures uploaded to online galleries are password protected. Clients are given the password so they can be shared with family and friends.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We have and assortment of high-quality flush mount photo albums we offer with our Elite Package. They can be ordered separately as well. You can view our albums by going to the following link: http://amomentunveiled.3dcartstores.com/
When will the client get the final album?
After the album layout meets the approval of our clients and it is sent to be pressed, it takes from 4 to 6 weeks before it will be delivered via UPS.
