Description:
Michael Holtz has over 12 years in the entertainment business and has performed nearly 500 events. He is the owner of 2 The Maxx Entertainment in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St Paul. Michael got started in the entertainment business with a nationally known DJ Company in 1996 while attending Brown College for Broadcast Journalism. In 1998 Michael started his broadcasting career as a radio personality and commercial production at Q102 in Willmar, MN until 2000.
Michael is a member of the American Disc Jockey Association and has attended various seminars and events to further improve his entertainment and mc skills.
Michael grew up in Paynesville, a small town in Central Minnesota. He is the youngest of two older brothers. During high school Michael was involved in athletics, choir, and student government. In Michaels Senior year he quit athletics and became the basketball and baseball announcer. He now proudly lives in the southwestern suburbs of the Twin Cities with his wife Rose, his beautiful daughters Nathalia and Soraya, and a dog named Tobi.
What Michael loves about what he does is building relationships with his couples and seeing them enjoy their event with their guests and getting that BIG hug at the end of the night. Thats what drives him to continue to education himself to be great.
