If ice cream is a great partner to wedding cake, then gelato is a perfect match. Stephanie Reitano, owner of the popular gelateria Capogiro Gelato Artisans, 215-351-0900, capogirogelato.com, has a cart that can be parked at your reception—but it’s not easy to choose just five from their 350 flavors. She suggests ones that reflect the season. "Pumpkin caramel is great for fall," she says. "And strawberry Chartreuse is fab for summer." Custom is doable, too: Recently, a couple ordered a rose-water-flavored sorbetto, served with rose petals. Rental fees start at $1,000.
