San Francisco-based husband-and-wife team Melissa Gugni and Jay Esopenko have created the cocktail catering service, Drink, 415-702-5431, drinksf.com, for those who take their drinking seriously. "Bay Area couples are really savvy about their wine and cocktails," says Gugni. "This concept is definitely for those who know their drinks and want to push the envelope." The company will use its own fresh, organic mixers, herbs and syrups to whip up specialty cocktails for your wedding, and will help you choose the best wines and champagnes for the occasion, too. Along with experienced bartenders and a stylish mobile bar, Drink provides everything from glassware to shakers. Choose from the couple’s most popular drinks, like the Apple Sage Martini—fresh, muddled sage mixed with organic apple juice and vodka—or have them create a new recipe just for you. Cost: $25 per person and up.
