The most popular treatment is the relaxing "Royal Shave," a 45-minute service which consists of a hot towel to open facial pores, a pre-shave oil application (to soften the beard and prevent razor burn), heated shaving cream, a precision straight-razor shave, an alum block application, a calming facial mask, a cold towel infused with lavender essential oil and an after-shave balm.
