We asked wedding planner Chasity Stodghill of SeaLand Events, 770-792-0081, sealandevents.com, what she would do if she could plan a wedding according to her own vision, and not that of her clients. "Lately, I’ve been inspired by Asia, and would love to incorporate the bright colors and festive dcor of several Asian cultures into an outdoor garden reception," she says. "[Park Tavern] is a well-known brewery that hosts weddings in its Piedmont Garden Tent. The tent opens out onto a meadow, where a large canopy of oak trees creates a sense of a ‘secret garden’ in the city." Most couples host the ceremony outdoors, and dinner under the tent, but Chasity would swap them—utilizing the meadow as the primary event space.
