Hydrangeas, calla lilies and cymbidium orchids are popular bridal flowers, but some lesser-known blooms are far more stylish and distinctive. We asked Laura Clare of Laura Clare Floral Design and Event Decor, 201-217-9696, lauraclaredesign.com, to tell us the one cool flower she wished more brides knew to ask for when ordering their bouquets. Her pick? Green Kermit Mums. "The color green can be just as neutral as white," she says. "I find it also has an edginess to it, especially in varieties that are a bit unusual."
