Classes are available at 13 properties worldwide. At the Cipriani Cooking School, in Venice, participants tour the local produce markets and take their lessons with Michelin-starred chefs. In Mexico, the chefs at Maroma Resort and Spa teach guests how to prepare Yucatecan cuisine, and give "Tequila Lessons."
