When you're walking through redwoods, dining at Michelin-starred gems, and drinking some of the most celebrated vintages in the country, you'll wonder why it took a little thing like your honeymoon to get you to Wine Country. Get set for six days in Napa and Sonoma!

Day 2: Napa
MORNING Ditch the car. It's much more fun to explore Napa's country back roads and endless vineyards by bike. (Try Napa Valley Bike Tours.) Take a break at Schramsberg Vineyards, a boutique winery (and Victorian historic landmark) tucked in among madrones and conifers, and known for its crisp blanc de blanc.

AFTERNOON You've earned time at Calistoga Ranch's spa—a hillside oasis with outdoor mineral pools overlooking a creek and mossy oaks. (It's where Lady Gaga goes to chill.)

EVENING Start out with cocktails and outrageous valley views at Napa's fabled Auberge du Soleil. (And if you're into classically luxe lodgings, Auberge offers 50 Provençal-inspired rooms. Rooms from $600. Then drive to the adorable town of St. Helena for bone marrow–topped burgers (you did exercise today) at Goose & Gander, a hip gastropub. At the buzzy basement bar, enjoy nightcaps like the Cucumber Collins—vodka and seltzer mixed with cucumbers, huckleberries, yuzu, and lemon.
