Behind every real couple's wedding registry is a style all their own.
A lover of all things dramatic and glamorous, Malorie, founder of a New York-based public relations firm, wanted a wedding registry that reflected her bold personal tastes. "My style is a huge part of who I am," she says. "I'm drawn to things that make a statement."
Drawing from her experience as a designer at Elle Decor, Meredith created a registry brimming with sophisticated tableware and luxurious home goods.
Bride-to-be Carolyn wanted to incorporate the wares of several indie designers into her wedding registry.
"Because we've lived together for three years, we already own a lot of the basics," says Elizabeth. "But most things are in need of an upgrade, so we registered for more high-end versions of what we already have, like sheets, towels, and cookware."
