Inspired Registries
We created dream registries for some of our most stylish readers by using their own favorite home décor item as a starting point of inspiration.
Jess and Bryan love this colorful blanket, which was handmade by the bride's grandmother. "I love all of the bright colors," Jess explains. "The blanket is an instant pick-me-up." So we chose registry items with the afghan's colors and texture in mind.
Noël and Scott love to travel, as evidenced by their collection of exotic home décor items. "I grew up hearing stories about my parents' experiences on safari," the bride explains. "As a result, we have many pieces that evoke that kind of 'explorer' sensibility—a brass telescope, a zebra skin rug, and a cowhide trunk we use as a coffee table." For their registry, we chose a mixture of decorative and functional items that suggest the look of found objects and travel souvenirs.
