Temperley Bridal showed their most recent collection of wedding dresses during Bridal Fashion Week. Below the brand gives a look at what the new collection is all about.
Ethereal, romantic and quintessentially feminine. The Dahlia collection brings newness and a distinct sense of individuality to Temperley Bridal. Embellishments inspired by decorative necklaces and tiaras of the art nouveau period adorn silhouettes which, in turn, echo the line and form of vintage corsetry. A language of lightness, grace and delicacy is achieved through the use of the finest silks and chiffons that blend seamlessly into French laces and exquisite tulles
Combining art noveau inspired artwork and a classic 50’s couture feel, the Emmie dress offers a traditional option with a full, pleated duchesse satin skirt. The Virginie dress adds an elegant yet modern twist with a raised hemline at the centre front.
The Lydie dress exudes old school Hollywood glamour. With bias cut ruffled panels in a double satin and a wide waistband ornamented with crystals, finished with a soft satin bow that sits elegantly on the lower back. The structured silhouette of the Octavia dress, with a halter neck and a captivating backless shape adorned with crystal covered straps, combines classic with statement.
The signature bohemian spirit is captured in the Francetta and Viviana dresses. With flared sleeves, fitted bodices and floor sweeping skirts that give a sense of effortless movement and grace.
Hand applied 3D art nouveau – esque florals adorn the bodices of the Zaida and Breena dresses. With each flower meticulously placed to compliment the female form, these diaphanous dresses celebrate intricate artistry.
The Dahlia collection offers the perfect blend of timelessness and absolute fantasy. Dresses that will stay the test of time.
