Rachel & Greg in Jersey City, NJ\\nHeld at a chic urban restaurant, one couple's wedding celebrates the season with a palette of rich autumnal hues.\\nJersey City residents Rachel and Greg decided to marry at the Liberty House Restaurant because \\"it's basically in our backyard,\\" Rachel says.\\nRachel wore a La Sposa gown from the Wedding Atelier, in New York, and carried a bouquet of ranunculuses. Greg sported a Hugo Boss tuxedo.\\n\\"We spend a lot of time in Liberty State Park, where the restaurant is located, so the site meant a lot to us,\\" Rachel says.\\nThe couple was married under a lush chuppah illuminated by candles. \\"We wanted the ceremony to have a warm, cozy, and romantic feel,\\" says Rachel. and the bride's aunt and a family friend of the groom gave readings.\\n\\n\\n\\nBridesmaids wore chocolate brown Jim Hjelm dresses from La Belle Boutique, in Jersey City.\\nMusical selections were performed by a classical trio from Stolen Moments Entertainment.\\nAt the reception, table centerpieces featured roses, orchids, dahlias, and ranunculuses in autumn colors, along with curly willow; candles also added a romantic glow. All floral design was by Daniel Florals & Events.\\nEach place setting was adorned with a fresh orchid and a menu card featuring a monogram designed by Jillian Cordes Anderson.\\nDinner featured a caramelized pear salad, and a choice of porcini mushroom-crusted halibut or filet mignon. As a nod to the groom's favorite foods, cocktail hour featured a Buffalo wing-and-beer bar.\\n\\n\\n\\nThe wedding cake was created by Carlo's Bakery and featured \\"quilted\\" fondant and pearl details, as well as fresh orange orchids and red roses.\\nDuring the party, the guests enjoyed toasts given by family and friends, including one by the best man, Greg's close friend Justin.\\n\\"The band played one great song after another,\\" says the bride. Music was provided by The Original Stolen Moments Band from Stolen Moments Entertainment. Hits of the evening included \\"September\\" by Earth, Wind & Fire and \\"I Gotta Feeling\\" by Black Eyed Peas. At one point, guests encircled the groom's parents for a traditional Jewish *mezinka*, a joyous dance that celebrates the marriage of a family's last child.
