Has anyone tried the tattoo coverup from Ulta?  Or have you heard of any brands that work really well?

Can you please tell me where you found this Dermablend and if you have tested it?

My girlfriend steals makeup from the theater dpt at her school whenever she wants to cover up her tatoos.  I don't know the brand, but maybe a stage makeup would work well.

Dermablend works pretty well, but I have a very yellow/olive complexion and I have found that depending on how much sun I have it's hard to match. Dermablend can be found at department stores, but not all of them. Where I am from they have it at Dillard's. What is this Ulta and where can I get it? Online?

Ulta is a kind of a discount department store.  They sell everything from makeup to perfume.  www.ulta.com

I use dermablend, be careful that the tattoo is not on a place like your arm, or any body part that people will have to touch, it will smear.  Also, use the body and leg cover if you're going to use dermablend, it doesn't smear as much.  You may want to think about airbrushing your tattoo. It will last all day and it will blend in naturally.

Does anyone know if airbrusing will rub off on lets say my veil... my tattoo is on the back of my right shoulder.... and FH says it has to go for the wedding (it's related to a previous relationship)... I wouldn't mind get airbrushing if it'll work.

I just bought a product called Color Tration.  Works great!  I ordered their sample palette for $14.  It comes with 6 shades of your choice.  Just a little dab will do.  It's so opaque that  the tattoo covers with one, maybe 2 layers.  Dermablend didn't work for me.  I think this will do the job on my little tattoo on the back of my neck.  I even tried covering other tattoos I have just to see how it worked, and it was great :o)

It's probably Ben Nye... I don't know how expensive these other tattoo cover ups are, but Ben Nye is what I would describe as moderately priced.  Any theater or dance supply shop should carry it... just be careful, it's a very thick based creme makeup and can cause some people to break out in the area that it is applied - also it will need to be properly powdered afterwards... otherwise any white that may be near it will be not-so-white anymore

Iam getting married June 21 2008 and I have a tattoo on my left arm-it is a ban.  I really would like to cover it up but I've tried some stuff from Davids Bridal and it did nothing.  I have tried tanning to lighten it up.  Where can you get airbrushing done and does it work??

I am going to use this stuff called Tattoo Camo www.tattoocamo.com to cover up my tattoo on my arm. My friend used it for her wedding and it worked great. I have tried it out myself, and nobody can tell there is a tattoo. My friend also used some stuff to lighten her tattoo. It worked too, but she did not have enough time to complete the process before the wedding. I think it was called Tattoo-off. www.tattoo-off.com

I have a tattoo on my wrist and as a nurse have to cover it up at work. I use Tattoo Camo and LOVE it (www.tattoocamo.com). The other brans require too many layers.
