I'm going to be in a wedding in August and have to wear a strapless dress. So far the only good it's done for me is sent me compulsively locked to the treadmill. I have never worn a strapless dress in my life (and had never planned on it) and need some info.

I just can't see how it can possibly be comfortable. It seems like either your boobs are loosey-goosey and are all over the place or you bind them down and end up looking like a boy. My boobs are decent size (C cup), and though I know you've got to have something to hold it up, I'm afraid one of the girls might come out for a photo op at an inopportune time.

So does anyone have any survival tips? I was looking forward to the wedding, but now I'm literally laying awake worrying about how uncomfortable it will be (and it's still 6 months out!).
