Has anyone tried this type of hot yoga and had any success with weight loss? I tried one of these classes and I was sweating buckets and it was soooo hard! I've been on a weight loss mission for the past 2 months and was able to lose 20lbs...I'm looking to lose another 20-30lbs in two months.
Any ideas besides that traditional exercise and diet would be appreciated! I've been doing all that alread :) Help!
