We also decided to wait until 2012 to get married since we are paying for the wedding ourselves, we needed to save up money to have the wedding that we want. We are hoping to have the wedding in June...

Exactly. You made a good point about the deposits for vendors being cheap/affordable the earlier you place it. In fact, just this week I paid 50 bucks on the deposit for my wedding cake.

Our wedding will be July 27, 2012!!!!!! :) I cant wait to say Im getting married next year! :) Only 590 days left.. hahah seems so far but it will fly by fast!!! :)

We just got engaged on wed (jan 5th) but I think we are going to wait till May 2012. Im excited but not sure where to go from here. I guess just start planning a little at a time. Ready now but not ready.

We found a venue by the beach 30 mins away from here. So we are getting married on the beach and venue on a covered balcony at the restaurant nearby outside. We changed out date earlier by 2 weeks -- July 07, 2012. :) Ive been looking at more wedding dresses so I pretty much know what I want! :)

Hows everyone elses planning going? :)

edit: date changed, last time and confirmed!!

June 23, 2012!!!
