ok so i looked over my sample menu, and it basically has seafood for all my dinners, i do not eat ANY kind of seafood.. what else would i be able to replace the seafood with, i know chicken is the obivous choice, but theres got to be something else....

Try vegetable protein "burgers" or "chicken." Boca and Morningstar are two popular brands. They're a little pricey but it creates a good mix up of food for the week. And if the taste of Salmon just repulses you, try another oily fish, research mild fish. Or eat broiled cod filets, cod is so mild I don't even consider it fish! haha

Maybe consider doing seafood once a week, try something new every week until you find something that makes you happy. The other days, do Boca or Portebello Mushrooms, roasted turkey breast, ground turkey.
