exercises - which is best?

exercises - which is best?

Hey girls,

Any advice about good exercises? I'm going to try a new routine of raquet ball for 30 min., 1 hour on the weights and perhaps Yoga for one hour twice a week. Does this sound like a good routine to lose weight? I've never taken Yoga before and am not sure of it's benefits.
